Test your AI agent

Step 1: Check that the training is finished

• Make sure the agent is already trained on your files or documents.

Step 2: Open the playground

• Go to playground to test the AI agents.

Step 3: Select the agent

• In the playground, select the agent to test (e.g. Support Agent).

Step 4: Manage file selection

• If the agent has multiple files:

  • To query all the files, choose none side selection.

  • To query a file, select it explicitly.

Step 5: Add instructions and a fallback

• Add instructions: name, tone, style, company context.

• Set the default response if the agent finds nothing.

Step 6: Test the responses

• Send a request (e.g. hi or a question from your docs).

• Check the response and the credits consumed.

Step 7: Track credit usage

• Each test shows the credits consumed.

• For pricing, consult support or the sales team.
