Create an AI agent

Access the AI dashboard

• Log in to the platform.

• Open AI dashboard.

Open the AI agents page

• Go to AI agents.

• If needed, follow the video dedicated to accessing the dashboard.

Create a new AI agent

• Click on New AI Agent.

• Give the agent a name (e.g. Support Agent, Sales Agent).

Train the agent with your content

• Open the agent to be trained.

• Choose the file upload option.

• Supported formats: PDF, DOC, TXT, Excel, CSV.

• Upload the file. The agent trains automatically.
