Platform overview

Overview of the main modules (Channels, Bot Builder, Inbox, CRM, Automations, Ecommerce, Mini Apps, payments, etc.).

Channels

In Channels, you onboard WhatsApp Business API, manage the business profile, and use a dedicated number (not usable in the mobile WhatsApp app).

  • General details: Displays WhatsApp quality scores (green → yellow → red based on reports), sending limits, number status, and analytics.

  • Templates: Pre-approved messages sent when the session window is closed. Supports header/footer (optional), personalization variables, and up to 10 buttons (CTA + quick replies).

  • QR Code: Creation of dynamic QR codes. You can modify the content later without changing the QR code. The scanned text arrives as incoming message.

  • Conversation automation: Configuration of commands and icebreakers for your WhatsApp API number.

  • Billing: View of billed conversations, by category.


Bot Builder

The Bot Builder provides a drag-and-drop user interface to create chatbots (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram), with triggers, conditions, and actions.


Inbox

The Inbox allows multiple team members to access the same WhatsApp number, reply to customers, and add internal notes (invisible to the customer).


CRM

The CRM is used to manage your contacts / customers / leads: custom fields, filters, export, segments based on fields. You can also create campaigns (API, WhatsApp, messaging, payment) and target audiences via fields.


Automation Builder

Create automations and connect applications together.


Ecommerce

Connect WhatsApp and Shopify to enable order taking directly via WhatsApp, synchronize inventory, and view carts and orders.


WhatsApp Mini Apps

Create WhatsApp mini apps (WhatsApp native flows): forms opened and filled within WhatsApp, with conditional and dynamic options.


Chat Widget

Create a chat widget for your website.


Rewards

Create Stores, Customers, and Transactions to optimize the rewards system.


Native WhatsApp Payments

Collect payments via WhatsApp by connecting various PSPs / payment gateways.
