How to create a Multi-Product Message (MPM) template?

1. Go to "Channels" > "Template manager" and click on "Create Template".

2. Enter a template name, select a template language and choose a category.

3. Select the template type as "MPM (Multiproduct Message)".

4. There are three options: header (header), body (body) and footer (footer).

   • The header will be text, for example, "New".

   • The body can have variables, and the footer is optional

5. The button "View Items" will appear automatically when creating an MPM template.

Note: Headers are mandatory when creating an MPM template.
