How to create a comment chatbot for your Facebook Page?

To create a comment automation for a specific post on your Facebook page, follow these steps:

1. Go to Meta Business Suite, click on "Content" and select "Posts and Reels".

2. Click the three dots on the desired post and copy the post ID.

3. Go to "Create Bot Flow", enter a name, then click the plus sign to select the trigger.

4. Choose "Facebook Page Chatbot" and select "When a comment is received".

5. Select the Facebook page and paste the post ID.

6. Set conditions to trigger the bot, such as only for top-level comments or all comments from the same user.

7. Add keywords to trigger the bot, such as "test".

8. Send a message to the user via DM or a reply to the comment.

9. Save the workflow and activate it.
